RioCali Tours

Effective Date: April 16th, 2026

By booking or participating in a RioCali Tours experience, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation

  • Pricing may vary depending on group size, add-ons, and conditions

2. Private Experience

All tours are fully private, reserved exclusively for your group.

3. Itinerary & Conditions

  • Routes and stops may vary based on weather, sea conditions, and safety considerations

  • The captain has final authority on navigation and route decisions

4. Arrival & Timing

  • Guests must arrive on time at the designated meeting location

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced tour time or cancellation without refund

5. Health & Safety

By participating, you acknowledge:

  • The experience involves water activity and boat movement

  • You are physically able to participate

  • You assume all inherent risks

The experience is not recommended for:

  • Individuals with serious medical conditions

  • Pregnant travelers

  • Those with mobility limitations

6. Conduct

Guests are expected to:

  • Follow all safety instructions

  • Respect the vessel and crew

  • Avoid unsafe or disruptive behavior

We reserve the right to terminate a tour without refund if necessary.

7. Alcohol & Substances

  • Responsible consumption of alcohol is permitted

  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited

8. Weather Policy

  • Tours may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions

  • Decisions are made at the discretion of the captain

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable

10. Liability

RioCali Tours is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury or loss during the experience

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

Participation is at your own risk.

11. Media Release

By participating, you agree that photos or videos taken during the experience may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

12. Governing Terms

These Terms apply to all bookings made directly or through third-party platforms.
